Hydrography
The recovery area is cut by the stream, acting as a watershed as it feeds one of the rivers in the region. Reforestation in this area is even more necessary, as the vegetation played the role of riparian forest and its degradation, added to the trampling of animals, aggravates the silting process in the region.
With the impoundment carried out on the neighboring property, the course of the stream was affected, resulting in the accumulation of water in the soil, absorbed by miners such as the one in image 06, below.
The importance of this body of water is remarkable in this way: with its course interrupted, part of the restoration area became swampy and unsuitable for planting.
